EAS Process

A Tri-Arc Sales Engineer works with you to evaluate your application and develop a solution to improve safety, code compliance, ergonomics, and productivity. On-site reviews are performed if necessary. Your solution is then proposed with a design sheet showing 3-D renderings of the concept.

Our in-house Engineers validate the proposed design solution using structural analysis, confirming material selection and sourcing third party components. Detailed CAD drawings are generated for customer approval.

Your solution is made a reality by our skilled fabricators and welders. In addition, the final product is carefully inspected in accordance with Tri-Arc’s comprehensive quality program. The product is shipped to you and can also be assembled or installed as part of a turnkey program.
